- Conduct regular reviews of data access and processing procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement in data security and privacy
- Research and stay up-to-date with evolving global legislation, regulations, and industry standards related to trust and safety compliance, ensuring ongoing alignment across all markets and adapting policies and procedures as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: B.A./B.S. in related fields
- 2+ years’ experience in trust and safety or related fields (must have experience in UGC moderation)
- Strong proficiency with technology and online project management systems: SharePoint, MS Office, Airtable
- Must have experience working with Zendesk
- Interested in content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices.
