3. Managing multiple small to med projects.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills.

The role represents the opportunity to work with executive management to manage logistics and special initiatives critical to the operation of the department. Exposure to senior leadership would be a major selling point. Exposure to multiple facets of running a large scale software delivery department would also be a major selling point.
