In this role, you will design, execute, and evaluate experiments that optimize campaign performance and inform client engagement strategies. You’ll help drive a culture of experimentation that accelerates learning, sharpens decision-making, and advances RBC’s leadership in personalized marketing and financial advice.This is an opportunity to shape the future of client engagement at the #1 bank in Canada—named one of the world’s most AI-mature financial institutions—where bold thinking, innovation, and data-driven action create real value for clients and the communities we serve.What will you do?Design, execute, and evaluate enterprise-level marketing experiments across channels and client segments.Help build and evolve RBC’s experimentation framework to accelerate test-and-learn velocity, ensure statistical rigour, and scale best practices.Translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and campaign performance.Partner across Lines of Business, Data & Analytics, Technology, Digital, and Marketing to embed experimentation into the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform client engagement, personalization, and marketing strategies.Maintain documentation, ensure data security compliance, and promote best practices within the organization.What do you need to succeed?Must Have:Knowledge of advanced testing methodologies (e.g., uplift modelling, Bayesian methods, contextual bandits).Programming experience with large databases/datasets (using tools such as Python and Teradata SQL).Advanced proficiency in SQL.Advanced proficiency in developing reports using data visualization tools (most notably Tableau).Experience in designing and evaluating marketing experiments and interpreting results to drive business impact.Business acumen and understanding of enterprise marketing strategy and Banking products.Nice to Have:Experience with enterprise personalization, targeting, or decision-making platformsAn academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
