Job Description
The opportunity is to be part of a dynamic team within RBC Royal Bank’s Digital Marketing group. You will work as a member of an experienced and high-performing team of digital marketers to help deliver platform strategies across public-facing digital channels for Personal Savings & Investments (PSI) with a focus on search engine optimization, personalization, engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
What will you do?
Working under the direction of the Digital Marketing PSI and RBC Healthcare leadership, you will collaborate with Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics colleagues, Marketing and business partners to:
Identify and execute on personalization tactics to enable cross-selling on our public-facing digital properties with an eye on driving engagement and balance growth for PSI.
Leverage user data, online behaviour, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and client insights to influence the development of content, journeys and experiences that resonate with PSI’s targeted audiences.
Ensure website initiatives align with business strategies, objectives and key results (OKRs), and help deliver corresponding solutions to achieve the overall goal.
Help develop public site strategics and tactics to support key PSI client segments.
Identify and execute on opportunities for real-time testing to help maximize channel effectiveness.
Ensure assigned initiatives, key milestones and deliverables are on time and within budget.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Working towards a degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Marketing Technology.
Strong presentation, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with ambiguity and highly adaptable with a results-oriented mindset.
The ability to learn and absorb new concepts and tools quickly and apply new knowledge.
Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently taking ownership.
Familiarity with website management, Google Analytics and SEO.
