- Effectively partner with counterparts in Design, Development, and Product Delivery in the creation of product and management plans that inspire and challenges the entire product team sprint-by-sprint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect the vision to the goals of complex and critical projects
- Work with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions, drive alignment through clear and transparent communication
- Define the product roadmap based on the needs of our students, teachers, and creators
- Connect with other product teams and department as needed to ensure full transparency and no surprises, keeping product stakeholders up to date with the latest on product improvements and plans
- Perform (internal or external) research in partnership with the UX Design team
- Act as the key product evangelist by constantly sharing how the product you build solves real world problems while conveying its vision for the future
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and collaborate with our communication and marketing partners in the creation of launch plans
As a Product Manager you will…
- Steer a cross-functional team in building digital experiences for educators, students, and content creators
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, technology, UX design and content. The Product Manager knows how to navigate different lingos and jargons (and they don’t think twice before asking for clarification)
- Analyze behavioral data within your product to drive strategy & roadmaps
- Build a culture of product enthusiasts while providing the vision and direction to an agile team
What you will bring to TVO
- Track record of driving initiatives to successful outcomes without compromising accessibility and users’ needs.
- Experience in agile product management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Results driven with a track record of successfully launching mobile products that drive user engagement and retention.
- Strategic thinker who can align the product initiatives with overall company strategy.
- A deep-rooted interest in building user-friendly and technologically solid mobile applications.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent experience in Ed Tech, Advertising, Broadcasting, and similar industries.
