What will your typical day look like?
Leading the development of go to market strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials for CRM in Higher Ed;
Actively identifying and generating prospects through strategic sales strategies for Higher Ed;
Developing statements of work and/or client proposals;
Identifying and developing new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships;
Developing and managing Deloitte relationships with vendors;
Building market eminence and your reputation as a business advisor and subject matter expert through contributions to Deloitte research and “Points of View” as well as speaking engagements; and
Contributing to practice growth and development by pursuing new client opportunities, leading development of client proposals, and converting opportunities into delivery engagements.

Advising Higher Education clients during sales cycles on potential strategies and solutions in areas such as:
Customer experience strategy (CX) and user centered design (UCD);
Customer relationship management (CRM);
Marketing and social media;
Mobile enablement;
Online portals and communities for students, prospects, alumni, employees; and
Integration between CRM and SIS, etc.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Are you someone who has these required qualifications?
5+ years’ of experience in the implementation of CRM or ServiceNow, Slate, Starfish or some other campus engagement solution
3+ years’ experience working in (or with) a higher education institution in recruitment, admissions, registration, student accounts, financial aid, advising, or advancement
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies;
Possess a strong knowledge in CRM design/implementation methodologies as well as CRM capabilities and functions;
Identify business opportunities to increase usability of the solution;
Skilled in facilitating clients workshops;
Canadian travel may be required;
Ability to work effectively remotely; and
Highly proficient with office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to modify spreadsheets and create proposals.
Preferred Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with outstanding academic credentials. Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset
Ideal candidates will have training and/or certifications in relevant technologies, such as (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, Adobe, ServiceNow, etc.)
