Qualifications

  • Mastery of Dynamics 365 solutions including previous experience with Dynamics 365 design, architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment leveraging Finance and Supply Chain, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights along with adjacent solutions.
  • 8+ years’ experience delivering complex enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics or similar, for a technology consulting firm or direct employment at a large corporation.
  • 8+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organization.
  • 4+ years’ experience performing and leading pre-sales activities including deal cost estimation and resource planning.
  • Experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, preferred.
  • Ability to express complex technical and business concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
  • Ability to work independently & support sales pursuits with a geographically dispersed team.
