Our large banking client is looking for a Senior Project manager to oversee a digital marketing initative related to Google and cookie tracking. Their teams is working on Online marketing compaigns and need to come up with new ways to come up with targeted marketing strategies/technologies as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the standard system development lifecycle, including finding requirements to enhance and move into testing.
  • Work with program/portfolio manager, needs to be comfortable working within them and receiving requests from them.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and be responsible for building and sustaining the day-to-day relationships and communications (including project briefings) with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Develop project artifacts including charter, integrated plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related PM artifacts, while complying with applicable enterprise standards (e.g. Project Management, Risk, Audit, Compliance).
  • Contribute to improve the best practices of the project management community within the Enterprise to help drive consistency, transparency and execution excellence on projects

MUST HAVES:

  • 8+ years as a Project Manager overseeing IT Technology, web/application projects
  • 8+ years working on Waterfall projects including all lifecycle phases and categories
  • High level for forecast accuracy and project financial control
  • MS Projects and Clarity experience

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Marketing experience
  • Big data/ customer info project information is desired

Join TVO’s nimble and exciting Audience Development team, a collaborative and forward-thinking group who loves to try new things in digital marketing. The Search Specialist plays a key role in ensuring TVO’s journalism, kids programming, documentaries, educational resources and more reach their audience. With a mix of paid search marketing and strategic SEO, this position combines the technical and creative. We are seeking a strong writer and analytical mind with big ideas who can plan, deploy and evaluate search marketing and SEO initiatives.


How you will make an impact

  • Drive audience growth by designing and executing creative solutions to attract, engage and retain visitors, users and donors through organic and paid search
  • Develop, manage and execute SEO and SEM efforts
  • Design and oversee a full-funnel marketing strategy

  • Strong working experience using a range of SEO and SEM tools to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously

  • Previous experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Reporting to the Vice-President, Marketing, the Director of Marketing will play a vital role stewarding the marketing department and championing the marketing voice on the leadership team.

As the Director of Marketing your primary responsibilities include:

· Build and drive the Buddha Brands marketing strategy and develop short & long term marketing plans to meet and exceed company growth goals

· Help build/lead multifunctional teams and identify/manage the right external agency partners to deliver the execution of plans successfully

· Manage the current business, support annual business/action planning process

· Be Chief Consumer-Love Officer: leveraging a clearly defined brand promise work hard to foster and grow consumer love

· Working with the team identify consumer insights to create product pipeline of innovation for next 3 years

· Integrate online & traditional media to build brand equity and drive sales with target audiences; strong understanding of how to use e-commerce/direct to consumer, social media & latest tech to drive consumer engagement and be disruptive online

· Develop strategy for and oversee execution of all shopper marketing including in-store activation, digital couponing, POS, etc.

· Develop strategy for and manage execution of all brand communications including digital, social, influencer, PR, website, etc.

· Derive key insights from consumer research, campaign data, and digital analytics to drive marketing, brand strategy, and creative decisions across all channels

· Build & manage annual budget effectively ; own P&L responsibility

· Fully develop and grow the marketing team through savvy hiring, continuous coaching & performance feedback

· Generate innovative ideas and insights with regards to advertising, POS, packaging, public relations, etc.

· Develop, nurture, manage, and activate key partnerships with other brands, ambassadors, and stakeholders in our community to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship driving positive results in sales and/or impact across partners

WE WANT YOU IF YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a brand management, product/digital marketing
  • 3+ years managing and developing teams
  • Expert knowledge of communicating and storytelling to consumers
  • A player-coach mindset. You have experience and capabilities that enable you to mentor and develop our junior marketers and you can also roll up your sleeves and get some of the heavy lifting done.
  • Stellar communication skills and can effectively collaborate cross-functionally
