  • Lead the brand’s scale communication platform, ensuring the strategy is executed across all channels (Social, digital, Email Marketing, Search, Ecomm, In-Store, etc.).

  • Lead the creative briefs, development, and execution of in-store scale programs in collaboration with shopper marketing.
  • Manage the brand’s influencer strategy across different social communities & lead the agency to deploy.
  • Make sure that the refreshed Brand Visual Identity is being implemented across all touchpoints.
  • Bring to market the brand’s multi-year innovation pipeline and lead the process from understanding insights & demand, creating financial business cases & working with cross-functional teams on deployment plans.
  • Own category, competitive and customer tracking and analysis, bringing insights back to react against and inform brand strategy and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Knorr brand community, category business teams, US & global teams, cross functional teams, and agency partners; identify and mobilize needed resources to accomplish brand/project goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, enabling the brand to get the most out of its resources and meet financial targets.
