In this role, you will contribute to the department’s success by guiding healthcare organizations through the onboarding process for OSCAR Pro. You will be responsible for developing and delivering virtual client training programs, ensuring that all onboarding and training activities align with client needs and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding experience.This remote opportunity supports clients across Canada.What’s in it for you

As our new EMR Education and Onboarding Specialist, HealthTech, you will focus on:

  • Client management. You will be a dedicated point of contact for clients, working with them to assess their requirements and customize the onboarding process to fit their workflows and business practices. You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges during the transition. You will provide continuous support and troubleshooting throughout the onboarding phase, addressing client concerns and ensuring high satisfaction. You will regularly communicate progress updates to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Onboarding management. You will lead the EMR onboarding process from start to finish, including initial planning, scheduling, and execution. You will simultaneously monitor the progress of multiple onboardings and data migration projects, identifying potential roadblocks and taking proactive measures to ensure delivery on time. You will manage timelines and milestones to ensure a smooth transition to the EMR platform.
  • EMR Setup and Configuration. You will assist clients in configuring the EMR system and customizing system settings to optimize performance and usability based on client preferences. You will collaborate with the EMR Data Migrations team to ensure accurate data transfer and system readiness.
  • KPI Management. You will monitor performance metrics to ensure that training goals are met and proactively address any areas for improvement. You will work closely with other departments, such as Product Development, Customer Support, and Sales, to ensure up-to-date training materials align with company goals.
  • Training program development. You will assist in the development and execution of client training programs, including live, interactive webinars for clients, on-demand training videos, and a series of structured courses that provide certification for clients. You will develop and distribute user guides and other resources.
  • Logistics. You will manage scheduling and calendars through online booking systems, avoiding conflict and meeting the demands of clients and internal stakeholders. You will maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and progress reports.
  • Quality assurance. You will gather feedback from clients and team members to continually improve onboarding and training programs and processes. You will ensure that all activities comply with healthcare standards and regulations, such as PHIPA. You will stay updated on the latest EMR features, healthcare regulations, and training techniques to enhance your effectiveness in the role.

You bring:

  • The SaaS experience. You have experience in onboarding, client success, change management, or customer support roles. You have strong end-to-end project management skills and can work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Experience in healthcare or EMR systems and familiarity with healthcare workflows, patient management, and regulatory compliance would be an asset.
  • The training delivery expertise. You have exceptional communication skills, including an ability to engage your audience virtually or in person in pre-recorded or live sessions. You can translate highly technical concepts for a non-technical audience. You have outstanding documentation skills and a proven ability to create training materials, user guides, presentations, and other resource materials to support clients in onboarding and using new technologies.
  • The consultative approach. You believe in the power of a thorough and timely onboarding and education process and have successfully delivered high-quality end-user technology training and configuration support. You can connect and build trust with client teams at any level, influencing them without authority and engaging them to understand and meet their needs. You are client-outcome driven and can pivot your focus to troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage client escalations and remove barriers.
  • The technical skills. You are proficient with MS Office, scheduling tools, training software, and virtual meeting or learning spaces. Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare workflows is an advantage.
  • The flexibility. You can adapt and adjust to the changing needs of clients and the availability of support staff. You are willing and able to work outside standard business hours as needed and can travel occasionally to client sites.
