Job description: Senior Telecommunications Analyst, Bilingual – Contract – 18245About the OpportunityOur Public Sector Client is seeking a bilingual Senior Telecommunications Analyst to support a Change Management Process. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong experience in IT/IS change management and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure within a federal government environment.   • Coordinate CM activities including, scheduling and managing of CM activities leading to Departmental review and eventual approval
  • Coordinate and track all applicable RFCs and IA activity that requires additional review to ensure that they are properly addressed in a timely manner
  • Leverage existing Departmental organizations and CM clients, as required to: research, develop and provide advice and recommendations on the development and enhancement of policies and procedures
  • Anticipate trends and forecast CM requests in support operational and support requirements based upon provided schedules and planning documentation
  • Provide hands-on and/or remote based assistance to Users on the Departmental and CM internally developed web-based tools
  • Review existing CM and IA work processes and provide assessment as to their efficiency and effectiveness to meet current and emerging developments

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
