Required Qualifications:

  • Finance and accounting designation (CPA, etc.) with 10+ years of Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience

  • Gain hands-on experience by travelling to different locations in Toronto and Ontario with a company-provided vehicle.
  • Learn to effectively communicate the value of safety and security to potential customers.
  • Work closely with our experienced team to review customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
  • Advise and recommend home automation and protection needs based on customer preferences.
  • Stay updated and knowledgeable about our products and services to assist customers better.
  • Execute effective sales strategies by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build positive relationships and foster a team-oriented environment.

Requirements for the Internship:

  • Available for a Full-Time or Part-Time position from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • COLLAGE APPROVAL FOR INTERNSHIP
  • A strong passion for sales and a desire to become a future entrepreneur.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing company-issued TABLET, and CRM systems to manage and record sales activities effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation

  • Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
  • After your first 8 sales within a 30 – 45 days time period, you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field TRAINER (no driver’s license needed) or FIELD Manager (G2/G driver’s license preferred): Yearly package ranging between $50k-$60k /year once you are promoted to these roles.
