As the Content and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing online content that support families and professionals in relation to ASD across the province. This position works collaboratively with parents, other staff and professionals to coordinate and successfully increase awareness of Autism Ontario’s advocacy, services, supports, and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Build, support and manage content for all Autism Ontario’s online social media platforms
  • Consult with local Chapter leadership (volunteers and staff) regarding Chapter pages
  • Develop website content through the gathering of relevant information from a variety of sources
  • Create web-based communications, public awareness messaging, and media releases
  • Continue to build on existing social media strategy
  • Develop and foster a variety of stakeholder relationships
  • Provide support to the development and execution of fundraising and awareness campaigns
  • Support the development of a culture of giving within the organization

Communications

  • Represent Autism Ontario’s vision, mission and key areas of focus knowledgeably and confidently in a community setting
  • Demonstrate leadership; Coordinate communication and collaborate with excellence with all staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Provide ongoing support to staff and volunteers around maintaining the website and Chapter webpages

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience working in a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and similar experience will be considered
  • A background in marketing and communications is preferred
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems
  • Experience with graphic design software.
  • Fluency in written and oral French is an asset.
  • Experience working with a charitable organization, volunteers and community partners
  • A proven track record of working with community service providers within a not-for-profit organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or programs; strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as is the ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
  • Must be proficient with various computer programs including database management, Microsoft Office application and a demonstrated level of expertise in social media.
  • Must be self-motivated, innovative and flexible
  • The role requires the occasional ability to work evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to travel to multiple locations across the province.
  • A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required from time.

Responsabilités principales

Élaboration des contenus

  • Créer, soutenir et gérer des contenus pour toutes les plateformes en ligne d’Autisme Ontario.
  • Consulter la direction des sections locales (bénévoles et personnel) au sujet du contenu de leurs pages Web.
  • Élaborer des contenus pour le site Web en recueillant des informations pertinentes de sources variées.
  • Créer des communications Web, des messages de sensibilisation du public et des communiqués de presse.
  • Continuer de prendre appui sur la stratégie actuelle de médias sociaux.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec de multiples partenaires.
  • Organiser et soutenir l’élaboration et la réalisation de campagnes de financement et de sensibilisation à l’autisme.
  • Favoriser le développement d’une culture de générosité au sein de l’organisation.

Communications

  • Dans un lieu communautaire, faire connaître la vision, mission et les principaux secteurs d’intervention d’Autisme Ontario, et ce, en toute connaissance de cause et avec confiance.
  • Faire preuve de leadership; coordonner les activités de communication et assurer une excellente collaboration avec le personnel, les bénévoles et les partenaires externes.
  • Mettre à jour et gérer les contenus du site Web.
  • Fournir un appui constant au personnel et aux bénévoles qui participent à la gestion du site Web et des pages Web des sections locales.

Qualifications requises

  • Être titulaire d’un baccalauréat et posséder au moins trois ans d’expérience dans une discipline connexe. Une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience similaire sera prise en considération.
  • Connaissances en marketing et communication, et expérience en gestion d’événements, en éducation ou en formation.
  • Connaissance du système Drupal 8 et des systèmes de gestion des contenus.
  • Expérience des logiciels de conception graphique.
  • La capacité de s’exprimer en français, verbalement et par écrit, sera considérée comme un atout de premier plan.
  • Expérience de travail avec un organisme de bienfaisance, des bénévoles et des partenaires communautaires.
  • Expérience avérée du travail des fournisseurs de services communautaire au sein d’un organisme à but non lucratif.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestions de multiples projets ou programmes; souci du détail.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer verbalement et par écrit; capacité de travailler en collaboration avec des partenaires et autres parties intéressées.
  • Pouvoir utiliser aisément différents programmes informatiques, ce qui englobe la gestion de bases de données, les applications de Microsoft Office et une bonne connaissance des médias sociaux.
  • Doit être une personne motivée, innovatrice, souple et capable de travailler à distance.
  • Pouvoir travailler le soir et les fins de semaine. Avoir la possibilité de se déplacer dans différences régions de la province.

Digital Strategy Lead – Rare Franchise


Position Summary:

Reporting into the Franchise Head, the Digital Strategy Lead works across the Rare Franchise (commercial and medical) to ensure a new level of customer-centricity and customer engagement in the development and implementation of integrated customer brand plans (ICBPs) and campaigns with a focus on the use of digital and social media communication channels and technology for the Rare Franchise. Establish a customer centered connected ecosystem (prescribing tools, patient support & educational resources) designed to deliver an exceptional customer experience translating to brand performance targets. Drives organizational excellence in digital and social media planning, digital marketing, digital content management and production, digital analytics and channel mix/content optimization.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leads the development of digital strategies, solutions and channels mix options aligned to customer plans for both commercial and medical initiatives leveraging marketing intelligence and existing market benchmarks. Drive digital innovation transformation in a matrix environment.

  • Leads all phases of digital production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing of digital assets in campaigns.

  • Leads campaign automation flow mapping and documentation for digital campaigns as well as ensures the integration of digital as a component of commercial and medical omni-channel customer campaigns.

  • Accountable to set and surpass campaign analytic targets in order to optimize activities post campaign launch.

  • Manage digital 3rd party agencies to develop compliant customer specific tools and resources.

  • Sets KPIs and partners with assigned franchise brand teams in the development of customer plans, campaigns, content/editorial plans, and measurement plans to achieve customer engagement and sales and performance brand goals.

  • Is responsible for collaborating with key departments (Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Market Access Analytics/BO&I) to support the successful measurement plan for each asset and digital campaign.

  • Harnesses SGZ current and future digital platforms to facilitate the delivery, testing and analysis of personalized content, to foster data collection for better journey customization.

  • Works with Digital Platforms Manager across the broader Sanofi Genzyme TAs to identify and incorporate best practices in digital marketing processes and use of tools into daily work. This includes adopting various processes and guidance’s regarding digital campaign design and automation workflows in addition to applying measurement and content tagging strategies across digital platforms to ensure our ability to measure programs.

  • Operates consistently in a manner that adheres to all company and industry compliance and legal requirements.


Key Requirements:

Education:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Computer Sciences

  • MBA, MBA Digital Transformation (an asset)

  • Certification in Digital marketing (i.e. Google Ad Words/Analytics, User Experience Design, Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, AI)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience inclusive of 5+ years in digital marketing leading digital transformation stretching the organization through innovation and continuous improvement

  • Experience work in highly regulated industries (healthcare, CPG, financial services, etc.) continuously delivering the best for the organization while prioritizing resources to meet customer needs.

  • Expertise in acting for patients and customers to build integrated strategic customer centric plans, customer journeys, digital communication plans and tactical programs for diverse customer groups (ex. physicians, patients, pharmacists, government etc.) executed with excellence.

  • Demonstrated strength in taking action to drive customer centricity and cross-functional project team leadership while leading without authority for multiple brands defining digital customer strategies and processes

  • Experience in leading agencies in developing, producing, tagging and promoting digital assets including websites, HO/3rd party email programs, Apps, Podcasts, Chatbots, and other digital assets as required.

  • Experience in digital and social media buying and reporting.

  • Experience embracing AI and other data drivers as tools to continuously learn and drive improvement

  • Experience in working with content management and marketing automation systems/solutions

  • Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design and Development

Languages:

  • English

  • French: an asset

Travel:

  • 10-20% (National & International)

Computer Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of various marketing Omi-channel marketing campaign implementation platforms (including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, HCL Unica, Marketo)

  • Competency using business intelligence software (i.e. Tableau, Qlik Sense)

  • Competency translating and facilitating operational and user needs cross various digital transformational platforms and tools (ie data management platforms, customer data platforms, ML, CRM tools & Data Asset management tools

  • Proficiency in virtual engagement platforms (including but not limited to VEEVA Engage, Zoom, MS Teams, Skype)
