As a Digital Account Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution of projects. Your role will involve managing relationships, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, and leading internal cross-functional teams. You’ll provide strategic counsel, drive project success, and help clients achieve their business objectives.What You’ll DoClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring open, clear, and consistent communication.
- Build trusted client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations to support business growth.
- Lead client meetings, present campaign strategies, and manage status updates and reporting.
- Proactively address client challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that create impact.
- Stay informed on client industry trends, competitive analysis, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, creative, strategy, and data/technology) to deliver seamless, high-impact work.
- Support the development of strategic briefs and guide creative development, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Leverage strong creative instincts to drive effective campaign storytelling and ensure creative work is compelling and actionable.
- Actively monitor project progress, provide feedback, and course-correct as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise and mentor account management team members, fostering growth, learning, and development.
- Provide clear guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help team members excel.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives, process improvements, and agency development.
Operational Excellence
- Manage campaign budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Drive internal alignment on key project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance agency workflows and client service.
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless start to new client partnerships.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment, with expertise in CRM, email marketing, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze client needs and present effective solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, project management, and technology) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you know how to inspire confidence and deliver compelling recommendations.
- Expertise in managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing account management team members.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
