- Support the delivery of Hydro One’s transmission capital work program, including substation and transmission line refurbishments by developing and maintaining detailed guidelines, process flows, training material and job aids for approved business processes.
- Identify, define and prioritize process improvements related to Project Management practices and Hydro One’s Capital Project Delivery Model.

- Assist with the administration of the Capital Project Delivery governance processes.
- Enhance workflows and processes by working with internal stakeholders to identify, develop and roll out process improvements, including monitoring success of process improvements that have been implemented.
- Develop and deliver training modules to help end users understand and effectively use processes as designed.
- Other related duties as required.
Through this term you will learn about Ontario’s electricity grid, supporting projects that are focused on improvements to our transmission lines and substations across the province. These projects will provide exposure to engineering and construction processes and practices.Selection Criteria:
- Experience with MS Visio, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint considered an asset.
- Requires the ability to effectively facilitate cross functional meetings.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and facilitation skills are essential for this role.
- Requires the ability to work well under pressure and with tight timelines.
