- Work hand-in-hand with executive leaders of sales and marketing in both countries (Canada & USA) to support the vision and solutions to support the holistic customer experience

What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing technologies, IT project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the homebuilding industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, data analytics tools, and DXP/CMS platforms.
