  • Cultivate an active InnerSource community, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction by fostering developer relations.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 10+ years of experience in product / platform management and software development, with at least 5 years leading / managing product teams
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies
  • Experience with GenAI technologies and cloud platforms, particularly AWS services like Bedrock and SageMaker would be desirable. However, we will also consider other similar technologies experience within the Azure or GCP space.
  • A background in InnerSource or OpenSource platforms would be desirable, but not essential. We seek a strategic platform owner, first and foremost.
  • Excellent and executive effective communication and storytelling skills; able to inspire and influence at all levels
  • Data and AI literate with experience in product analytics and experimentation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, product management, or related field.
