Job Description & Summary A career in our Data and Analytics Hub (“D&A Hub”) within PwC’s Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to combine consulting and industry expertise with data science capabilities. We use descriptive and predictive analytical techniques to incorporate internal, third-party, and proprietary data to help answer questions and design solutions to our most pressing business issues.
This is a newly formed team that will leverage data to rapidly discover, quantify, and deliver through intelligent analytics and scalable end-to-end business solutions. Working initially across the domains of Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Human Capital, the group will help drive analytics adoption across the Firm, accelerating value delivery, developing in-house talent, and building solutions and trust in data-driven decision making.

What you’ll create and do
As the Managing Director D&A Hub Lead, you’ll lead a team of problem solvers, helping to use data and analytics to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to
Work with senior Firm leadership to define, develop and implement the strategic direction and focus for PwC’s D&A Hub
Oversee operations for the D&A Hub practice
Create and drive a data-centric environment where data is at the forefront of decision making and planning decisions across the various business units
Lead initiatives identified to shape the foundation required for the hub, refine resource requirements, project workflow, budgets
Build and manage a highly capable analytics team, providing feedback and creating an environment where data and analytics professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers through taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization
Develop new and existing internal client relationships working with innovative methodologies, practices, tools and assets in addressing key client/market challenges
Represent and advocate for the value of the group among senior leadership
What you’ll bring to this role

Demonstrated experience in Data & Analytics, project execution, practice management and development
Extensive experience in development and execution of data programs working across functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Data Technology, Business / Corporate data owners and stewards, Data Governance and Management CoEs
Experience in a leadership capacity to develop analytics projects that can and should include data strategies and roadmaps (including linked business cases) with a specific focus on the following:
Data architecture leading practices and options, the development of data architectures in achieving strategic objectives of clients linked to digital transformation initiatives. Strategies include: BI, Analytics, AI, Open Data and Data Exchange
Data technology architectures and solution options aligned to technology strategy and priority data use cases, including Cloud / Hybrid cloud and deployment options (PaaS, IaaS, etc)
Data governance practices including organizational models, roles / responsibilities and technology
Leading practices in data management including master, reference, metadata, data quality, data protection, data life cycle management aligned to data governance model deployed
Data transformation plans and roadmaps including data migrations
