Our team has developed digital branding strategies for a number of major organizations in various sectors, ranging from Fortune 500 real estate developers and international airlines, to e-commerce food brands and music industry executives.

We are currently looking for creators to join our Content Creation team for a 3 month period, with an opportunity to extend their contract following a successful trial period. Ideal candidates have a strong track record of leadership, create content for their own personal social media channels, are very comfortable speaking on-camera and are interested in brand development.

From Day 1 as a content creator with Xrozs Group, you will join a diverse marketing program that is designed to help you develop the leadership and creative skills needed to become a future social media marketing leader.

You will:

  • Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram reels that tell a story in a concise manner.
  • Host social media live streaming events.
  • Learn how to adapt current social media trends in order to uniquely showcase niche brands.
  • Analyze and form creative connections between varied data sources to identify trends in your Brand, and present recommendations based on your learnings.
  • Learn from talented leaders from both brand management and other functions to develop skills to become a future business leader.
  • Research viral trends, trending news, and culturally relevant events.

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly Content Marketing Plans. Working in collaboration with the Vice President of Business Growth and Marketing, you will create content marketing plans that are informed by the overarching marketing strategy. You will define goals, approaches, and timelines for each content initiative. You will be responsible for managing a content budget, determining the appropriate type of content, overseeing all content channels, as well as executing and monitoring all marketing plans.
  • Creating an Editorial Calendar. You will determine the deadlines for creation, publication, and promotion for all content. You will consult the Vice President of Business Growth and Marketing to ensure the editorial calendar is aligned with key launch dates and other marketing campaigns.   • Content Creation, publication and promotion. You will be responsible for producing, publishing, and promoting all content in alignment with THG’s brand guide, including brand personality, writing styles, punctuation and grammar preferences, SEO best practices, and guidelines for multi-media selection. This will include writing, formatting, editing, and sourcing multi-media content. You will also work to make sure content is optimized for SEO and then load it into the social media automation tool.
  • Content Performance Monitoring and Analysis. You will be responsible for continual monitoring and analysis of published content to help determine what’s working and what isn’t.   • Contribute to implementing St. Louis’ overarching digital marketing strategy.
  • Conceptualize, design and execute omni-channel digital campaigns that create conversions and contribute to general branding and overall positioning, differentiating St. Louis from the competition
  • Develop creative campaigns to increase followers and engagement, as well as drive website traffic, leads and conversions.
  • Create strategic landing pages that focus on UX and lead generation to promote marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media channels at all times, including community and reputation management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content.
  • Conduct market research to determine the best channels and approaches to engage with our audiences.
  • Assist with the creation of high-quality content for all online channels (social media, email and web), including social media copy, blogs, photography and video.
  • Develop and lead a social media ambassador program and expand influencer outreach efforts.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to track monthly results and progress.
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools.
  • Stay on top of emerging issues in online communities that may impact giving and organizational reputation.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice and visuals in all online communications and work to enhance the organization’s reputation across all online channels.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming for a variety of projects.

EDUCATION:

  • An undergraduate degree or college diploma in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications related or field of study.
  • A post-graduate certificate/degree, and/or additional education in digital marketing or social media management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Expert knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
  • In-depth understanding of the technologies and processes involved in running paid social campaigns
  • Content creation including strong design, photography, videography, and copywriting skills
