Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s degree considered an asset
– 10+ years of experience in a large industrial facility, such as a cement plant, chemical plant, or similar heavy industry
– 5+ years of experience managing engineering and/or maintenance operations
– Project management certification (PMP) considered an asset
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Experience working with environmental, health, and safety regulations
– Strong familiarity with process control systems and automation technologies
– Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and reliability engineering
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
