Part-Time Digital Account Manager
*About the Role:
This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for someone based in Canada and/or who works mostly in EST or a nearby time zone. The role does require weekday availability during specific hours (EST or similar).
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility to expand to full-time in 6-9 months. This team member would be guaranteed a minimum number of hours (this can be flexible), and will have the opportunity to work on Google Ads, paid social, organic social, and SEO campaigns for some of the largest real estate companies in Canada.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50/hour. Our hope is that the right candidate can grow with our team into a full-time role, as our first employee did.
This role reports directly to the agency owner.

Who You Are:
– A digital marketer with 3 – 5 years building and managing Google Ads and paid social media marketing in an agency environment, with strong client results
– Professional and confident in a client-facing role, dealing with large corporate clients
– A strong communicator who is confident presenting data and reports to clients
– Highly self-directed – this is not a role where you will be micromanaged
– Dynamic and able to juggle multiple client portfolios while staying organized
– Experience with digital tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook tracking pixel, etc.
– Excellent attention to detail
– Experience problem solving and troubleshooting digital technologies (Google Analytics, conversion tracking codes, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.)
– Ability to assist with copywriting, keyword research, and other tasks involved in ad creation
– Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
– Native-level English
– Based in Canada, ideally EST or close to it
Any of the following attributes would be assets:
- French language skills
- Experience with commercial real estate (e.g. multi-family residential, condos, office, industrial, retail, etc)
- Experience managing SEO campaigns, SEO knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project management of multiple accounts running Google Ads, paid social media ads, as well as organic social media accounts
- Alongside the President, develop strategies and KPI’s for clients’ Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator to prepare monthly reports for all client accounts
- Present these reports in client meetings (on video conference calls)
- Act as the point person for the client on their accounts, answering questions and making updates for them (primarily over email)
- Assist in development of SEO strategies
- Support account management of SEO campaigns and projects
What the Day to Day is Like:
As a member of our fully-remote team, you will have a lot of freedom to organize your workday. Our full-time team members typically commit to being online from 9/10am EST to 5/6pm EST. We have a few meetings with clients every month to present results, but we ensure that all meetings are goal-oriented and streamlined. In this role, your time will be protected so that you can focus on getting your work done, rather than drowning in endless Zoom calls and meetings. Your work will be a mix of recurring tasks (like preparing client reports, reviewing client account data), and ad hoc tasks done at the request of the President, and the clients themselves.

What Are Your Major Objectives?
In a key client-facing position, the Affiliate Account Manager, within our Performance Marketing Division, will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and profitable sales growth through team leadership, strategic thinking and process execution for their performance marketing programs. Responsibilities
- Execute on day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs; including publisher recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and reporting.
- Act as an extension to clients’ in-house team by providing expertise, guidance, expectation management and measurable execution of tasks that result in healthy program growth.
- Work closely with the Account Director and Associate Account Managers to drive measurable results for your accounts.
- Monitor each program’s daily performance to ensure continuous optimization and profitable sales growth.
- Build strategy on recruitment efforts and new opportunities.

What Key Skills and Experience are Needed?
2+ years of affiliate marketing management experience required- Previous experience thriving in a work-from-home or remote office environment

Sales & Marketing Manager
This role is a contract position for 13-15 months beginning in November 2021.
The Sales & Marketing Manager position reports to the CEO and is the key role on our small and important marketing team. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the identification of the greatest opportunity to improve the conversion, engagement and retention of our amazing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of full lifecycle marketing to prioritize, launch, manage and optimize segmented paid digital campaigns. Responsibilities:

- Define measurement best practices, ROAS, KPIs, and benchmarking
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance
- Brief-in campaigns in line with integrated marketing calendar, and work with digital partners in the optimization of campaigns
- Utilize web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end
- Support rigorous analysis of marketing plan results and recommendations for future programming enhancements
- Support development and execution of growth plan – this includes crafting strategy and oversight of execution in partnership with CEO
- Create digital and print assets (social media posts, newsletters, web content, flyers, brochures, etc)
Qualifications and Attributes:
- University or College degree in business, marketing, or communications
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospitality or service industry
- Possess an analytical mindset

- Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology
- Strong proficiency and understanding of Google Analytics
