Scope: This role will focus on identifying new opportunities to drive sales and traffic online and in-store, driving OMNI strategies. Responsibities:

  • Develop customer lifecycle strategies to support our digital programs to increase traffic and conversion online and in-store. Design tactics for each customer journey to provide relevant content to our customers throughout their life stage based on their behaviour and customer segmentation.
  • Lead the implementation of a retention programs across digital marketing channels utilizing engaging messages as well as incentives (i.e. coupons).
  • Lead the implementation of multi-channel campaigns and lead the data logic for inclusions, exclusions, contact management, frequency cap, channel preferences.
  • Develop messages and value propositions to engage, retain and reactivate our customers. Lead the operation team and agencies to build the journeys, QA, deploy, share results/insights, and iterate journeys as needed to optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor customer audiences for retargeting: Work with digital marketing teams to develop audiences for retargeting, lookalike, and suppression. Design custom audiences based on 1st party data attribute to increase ROAS.
  • Monitor OMNI customer impact and shift of behaviour between in-store and online activities. Monitor and provide customer database reports, health dashboards and campaign reports. Share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams. Build business cases to support recommendations. Use reports to influence, recommend and implement new tactics to meet our AOP and to optimize our campaigns.

Content Creation*

  • Create, curate, and edit content for a variety of asset types including, but not limited to: blogs, white-papers and long-form documents, infographics, 1-pagers, press releases, sales collateral and webinars
  • Own the social media channel content calendar and content posting. Work closely with product marketing, demand generation and talent teams to curate the right mix of messages that reflect the Resolver brand and position Resolver as a thought-leader within the Toronto tech community as well as within the Risk industry
  • Curate and develop email communications, including the monthly newsletter as well as ad-hoc email messages around product updates, partnerships, webinar offerings, etc.
  • Take ownership of the Resolver blog, defining what type of content belongs in the blog and planning the content calendar; manage guest blogs and executive blog pieces to ensure variety and engagement of content

Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the effort in developing and implementing national marketing strategies to support HUB’s industry specialty and risk services practices. They will manage relationships with internal stakeholders to craft marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation for new customer acquisition, support cross-sell, and customer retention efforts. They will drive digital and content marketing and work with department counterparts to optimize the customer experience. This role will report to the Vice President of Go-to-Market Strategies.

Major Responsibilities:
Manage a high performing team in building, defining, and executing marketing plans with key business stakeholders across several industry specialty practices. These plans will cover all key areas of marketing including growing brand awareness, generating leads, driving customer success and retention. Review strategy and results with business leadership on a regular basis, and under the direction of Vice President, adjust plans accordingly.

Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders – connecting regularly with them and others to ensure alignment between HUB’s sales and corporate marketing strategy and presenting marketing updates and results. Drive content marketing and personalization strategies to generate engagement among potential buyers and convert them to sales qualified leads. Develop and test new tactics to optimize the efficacy of marketing campaigns. Ensure consistent, high quality customer experience via email, webinar, e-newsletter, and other channels.

Oversee and develop a strategy to leverage high impact thought leadership assets – including blogs, case studies, videos, and e-books. Foster strong relationships with counterparts on the field marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, and analytics teams to identify new and compelling opportunities for thought leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area. MBA degree preferred.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment with involvement in developing and executing omni-channel B2B go-to-market strategies with quantifiable KPIs.

A demonstrable understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of driving lead generation through marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated success in managing relationships with senior management on the development of marketing strategies that impact sales and prospecting opportunities.

Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing demands, priorities, and resources.

Thorough proofreading and copywriting skills.

Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality.

We are currently looking to fill the role of Social Media Coordinator to support our team based in Toronto. We are looking for an individual that can adapt and grow with our business while demonstrating leadership, dedication and hard work.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible to build and manage social media programs and campaigns to achieve our long and short-term organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of running and evaluating results of social media initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a deep understanding of various marketing concentrations and channels.

Responsibilities

· Complete daily posting, maintenance, and monitoring of West Coast Kids’ social media profiles and presence

· Propose campaigns and strategies to increase lead generation, engagement and conversions

· Contribute to and execute the build on social media strategy

· Creates and leads the social media marketing calendar including monthly content

· Write engaging, original content with a strong brand voice for all social channels

· Generate content & idea creation for social media posts (captions, ideas, images etc.)

· Utilize a posting schedule to ensure consistency on all platforms

· Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries

· Oversee social ad performance on Facebook, Instagram etc.

· Stay up to date with changes in social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

· Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

· Maintain up to date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, issues and best practices

· Travel to stores, conferences, and special events is required for social media filming

Requirements:

· Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Communication, or related field

· 1+ years of Social Media experience

· Must be comfortable with regular on-camera filming for product demonstrations and events

· Strong knowledge of social channels and best practices

· Strong creative background and ability to create content (text, image, and video)

· Knowledge of social post scheduling software (Later, Hootsuite or similar

· Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify supporting tactics for social media and other marketing strategies

· Strong analytical skills & ability to track metrics proving ROI of social media efforts

· Self-driven and independent performer with strong commitment to deadlines

· Experience with Google Analytics an asset

· Graphic design or video editing skills an asset

· Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager an asset
