What You’ll be Doing

  • Design Digital Advertising campaigns that align with business goals and drive prospects to conversion.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Marketing Platform – Paid Search, Display and YouTube ads.

Skills and Experience

You Have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience working in a digital marketing role.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results with a flair for storytelling.
  • Experience providing tactical & strategic recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms and digital advertising technologies.

The portfolio will focus on a growing number of small to large events and digital products that are exclusively online. The role itself will revolve around a comprehensive list of responsibilities that occur pre, during and post each event from a planning and operations perspective.


Administration (75%)

  • Data capture and analytics – Undertake all necessary event admin tasks, including incident response plans, sustainability worksheets, accreditation administration and providing data for post event meetings, uploading Video On Demand onto the virtual event platform, provide Sponsorship (or data delivery team) with post event data reports, circulate final attendee lists, provide accounts with no show/no pay, list of VIP no shows to VIP manager.
  • Prepare and upload FAQ’s onto Connect Me for each Virtual event.
  • Book staffing space in the office (as necessary) during the live virtual event days
  • Continually review processes and practice to eliminate obsolete workflows and tools with little customer value or ROI, validating with Connect’s central leads.

Project Management/Delivery (25%)

  • Assist the on the day delivery of the digital event
  • Manage Slido polls and notifications and send questions to moderator of live room
  • Provide Crisp/helpdesk support on the Connect Me platform

Xrozs Group combines video storytelling with data driven analytics in order to create engaging social media marketing strategies. We focus on always putting the audience first, building long term relationships with viewers, and ultimately building an online community for brands. Our team has developed digital branding strategies for a number of major organizations in various sectors, ranging from Fortune 500 real estate developers and international airlines, to e-commerce food brands and music industry executives.

We are currently looking for creators to join our Content Creation team for a 3 month period, with an opportunity to extend their contract following a successful trial period. Ideal candidates have a strong track record of leadership, create content for their own personal social media channels, are very comfortable speaking on-camera and are interested in brand development.

From Day 1 as a content creator with Xrozs Group, you will join a diverse marketing program that is designed to help you develop the leadership and creative skills needed to become a future social media marketing leader.

You will:

  • Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram reels that tell a story in a concise manner.
  • Host social media live streaming events.
  • Learn how to adapt current social media trends in order to uniquely showcase niche brands.
  • Analyze and form creative connections between varied data sources to identify trends in your Brand, and present recommendations based on your learnings.
  • Learn from talented leaders from both brand management and other functions to develop skills to become a future business leader.
  • Research viral trends, trending news, and culturally relevant events.

Required Experience

  • Previous marketing automation platform experience is required (Pardot, Marketo, SugarMarket, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM
  • Experience executing effective paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Experience setting up and running email campaigns (A/B Testing, audience segmentation, triggered campaign)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing principles and technology solutions
  • Good understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of marketing communication principles and best practices
